We are working hard to get our retreat center completed by the end of June 2026! We are now opening bookings due to significant demand and want to offer the groups that have already expressed interest exclusive access. Think of this as a soft opening for our exclusive supporters!!
We cannot wait for you to spend a weekend with your friends, being creative, enjoying the space we are creating for you all!

Since we are still under construction, booking right now is opening for August 2026 and beyond (to the end of 2027 for now).​

Breakfast Package
As a thank you to our first guests we are offering a FREE breakfast package if you book by the weekend of our open house! The breakfast package will include various seasonal assortments of the items listed on the menu below. We are partnering with Kane’s Kupcakes & Treats to provide our guests this breakfast package.

Book Your Next Retreat!
Book the entire Hillside Hideaway Retreat for a private group of freinds or family. The retreat includes all amenities and space for your group. The rate for this rental is a flat cost, not per person. Splitting the cost among up to 12 guests can make the stay more affordable!
Retreat Rates
The Retreat can be rented Wednesday through Monday. There is a 3-night minimum stay.
Any 3-night stay during this period is acceptable. If you are interested in a longer stay, there is the option to rent the retreat center up to 5 nights between Wednesday and Monday. The cost for additional nights is $500 per night.
Base minimum 3-night stay: $2,500 + plus tax
Stay 4-nights (additonal $500/night): $3,000 + plus tax
Stay 5-nights (additional $500/night or $1000 total for 2 extra nights): ​$3,500 + plus tax
Rates do not include all lodging taxes and fees (PA Sales Tax 6% and Clearfield County Hotel tax 5%)
How to Book
Below you will find our availability calendar. You can use the arrows in the top corners to navigate to other months. When you decide to book, click on the check-in date you would like and then your check-out date. A pop-up will appear with the booking form. This is where you can start to add your group's details, read the Rental Agreement, and proceed to payment. If you need to change the dates selected, you can do so at the very top of the booking form.
To reserve the retreat for your crafting group, we kindly ask that one point person, the Retreat Organizer, take the lead. This Organizer will be our main contact for the reservation and will handle all the paperwork and group fees. This streamlined process helps ensure a smooth retreat experience for everyone involved and keeps your costs down.
